Booking Payments

For all individual activities, you will need to pay in full when you book. For groups of 8 or more participants, you will need to pay a booking deposit of $50 per person to secure the booking. The balance is due at least 14 days before to the activity date.

You can pay by direct deposit or PayPal. We need to receive your direct deposit receipt or PayPal notification to confirm your booking. Business cheques are accepted, but only if you arrange it with us first.

Booking Cancellations and Changes

We incur costs as soon as we start processing your booking so we have the following cancellation and change fees in place.

With 14 days or more notice before the start date of your activity, we will refund your payment minus a $35 handling fee, or transfer your booking at no charge.

With 14 - 8 days notice before the start date of your activity, we will charge a $100 fee or 30% of your activity fee (whichever is greater) for cancellations and transfers.

With 7 - 4 days notice before the start date of your activity, we will charge 50% of your activity fee for cancellations and transfers.

With 4 days or less unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel an activity due to insufficient numbers, adverse weather conditions (see ‘Weather’), guide unavailability, bushfires, or any other circumstances out of our control. If we have to cancel an activity, a full refund or transfer of your activity fee will be provided.

If you cancel a tour after it commences, no refund will apply. We may, at our discretion, reduce, transfer or waive your loss of fee.

We strongly advise you to take out insurance to cover any fees that may be incurred due to unforeseen cancellations or transfers. www.covermore.com.au offer competitively priced cancellation insurance.

It’s unlikely, but if we need to cancel your activity due to insufficient numbers, we will do everything we can to offer you alternative dates. If the alternative dates aren’t suitable, you will receive a full refund

No Show

If you fail to show up on the day of your activity, you will forfeit your fee. If you arrive late, your tour may be cancelled due to time constraints.

Special Requirements

If you have any special requirements you need to let us know when you book, including (but not limited to) physical disabilities, medical conditions, and dietary requirements.

Removal or non-participation in activities

We reserve the right to deny access to, or remove from, an activity anyone who, in our opinion, is alcohol or drug affected, disorderly, a hazard to themselves or others, abusive, not physically able, mentally incapable, or objectionable in any other way. We won’t be liable for any additional expenses incurred as a result of your removal or non-participation.

Group number changes

If you have any changes in group numbers please let us know as soon as possible. If there’s a reduction in the group number, we might need to charge a higher price per person for the activity. If you have an increase in group numbers, please contact us as extra spots may not always be feasible. To avoid disappointment please notify us of any changes as soon as possible.

Weather

We run our activities in most weather conditions. We will notify you if the activity is being cancelled due to weather. The weather in the Blue Mountains can vary from Sydney, even from valley to valley. Rain, wind, cold and fog do not prevent us running our tours.

If your activity is cancelled due to weather, we may be able to offer you an alternative activity. If we need to cancel your scheduled activity, we will make every effort to contact you via the details you provide us.

If you decide not to attend a trip based on weather conditions, but we have not decided to cancel, you will forfeit your full activity fee. Refunds will only be provided when we cancel the activity due to weather.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any additional expenses relating to your tour, including but not limited to cancellations, missing connecting transport, extra accommodation, or food expenses. All additional expenses incurred remain your sole responsibility.

All fees are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
